Giant Skins-on Honey Roasted Potato Wedges

Simple side to go with tonight’s sausage casserole from the freezer.

Chop potato’s into large wedges, rub in olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper. Roast for 40mins at 220•c/200•c fan/430•f.
