Rocket topped Carrot & Pesto Pasta

100g pasta

1 small carrot, grated

1 small handful rocket

40g green pesto

2tbsp olive oil

Salt

Pepper

Cook & drain pasta, stir in pesto & carrot and heat gently for a few minutes. Top with rocket.
